Encoders

Most models are built to order within 6 working days, a few; mainly the larger bore hollow shaft encoders can take up to 12 working days. We appreciate that you may not be able to wait that long to repair a breakdown and therefore offer a 24hr turn around for urgent cases; this is subject to an expedition charge; if you require this service, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Bearings

GRW hold a wide range of stock in Germany but due to the huge range of variation in customer requirements, it is not possible to hold every type. GRW can generally manufacture bearings to order in approximately 6 weeks. Specials and bearing assemblies will vary according to complexity.
